1/10 Touring kit BMT 702

Introducing the new BMT 702 for 1/10 on-road competition.

The BMT 702 is supplied as a kit in disassembled form. This model is completely redesigned, featuring new suspension geometry, updated bulkheads, chassis, and improved plastic components.

To complete the kit, you will need a 2-channel radio control system, a .12 engine, and accessories for ignition.

Special attention has been given to achieving an ultra-low center of gravity, one of the lowest in its category. This is made possible by the tank’s unique shape and the horizontal positioning of the servos. The electronics are mounted on a dedicated support that can be removed with just three screws, facilitating quick and easy maintenance.

The transmission is designed to be lightweight and efficient, with every component optimized for reduced weight. The 2-speed system is compact and lightweight, improving engine efficiency, braking performance, and fuel economy.

Both front and rear differentials are equipped with steel gears for enhanced reliability and performance.

The chassis has been meticulously designed with an asymmetrical layout to ensure equal torque distribution on both sides. It is constructed from 7075-T6 aluminum with rounded edges, which improves its durability and ensures smooth passage over curbs.

The suspension system allows for quick adjustments to camber, toe-in, and wheelbase using ball joints. The anti-roll bars utilize wire-based components, but there is also an option to install classic front blade-type anti-roll bars.

The front hub is designed for rapid adjustments to the kingpin angle and caster, making it easier to achieve the perfect setup. The model includes Air Discs as standard to enhance aerodynamics.

The plastic components are made from a hard composite material for maximum performance and durability. Additionally, all suspension plastics are symmetrical, allowing them to be used interchangeably on both sides, reducing the need for extra spare parts.

The radio plate is made from 2mm carbon fiber. The fuel tank is mounted to the plate using metal columns and can be quickly detached with clips.

The servo mount is a one-piece design with servos in a horizontal position to save weight. The receiver box can also be removed easily. The radio plate includes bushings for the flex system.

The servo saver is made from Ergal and is fully adjustable with a single screw for convenience.

The brake lever, radio plate supports, and front bar mounts are all made from 7075 Ergal, giving the car premium components and making it Full Optional straight out of the box.

The Centax reverse clutch system improves engine efficiency and smooth operation.
